I went to get my hair cut short, I showed them a reference of how I wanted my hair and they said theyd be able to do it, when it came to cutting I asked for them to cut my hair not too long but not too short, around my nose is how long Id want my hair to be but he cut my hair where my eyebrow was, I told him I asked for longer but he said the picture showed shorter which clearly wasnt the case, on-top of that they had a 12 year old wash my hair and they used boiling hot water which burnt the back of my head leaving a red mark, when I mentioned how short they made it, they said Id be fine either way because my mum said my hair grows quick and he used that as the excuse to dismiss the fact he did my hair badly, the next day I had a special event and this cut just was the worst, honestly need better service, they also wet my hoodie and shirt whilst washing it, they dont follow what you tell them to do for haircut, definitely wouldnt ever recommend to anyone, such horrible people too.
