        Took my trousers here and when I collected them the ketchup stain was still there. The shop owner told me it was a burn mark... They don't actually wash your clothes.

        Took a preloved coat in for cleaning and it looked brand new when I collected it! Very pleased. Will definitely return to Not a Mark. Would recommend :)
