        Nick is super helpful, friendly and knows his stuff. Repaired my cracked Iphone and a badly damaged, very old Ipad. Just about to arrange another repair.

        When i dropped my IPAD my heart sunk at the cost of repairing it, But by following a recommendation for Fone and Tones my mind was quickly put to rest. Nick Replied to my Enquiry within 1 hour on a Sunday evening and quoted the best price from 3 other companies that i contacted.He also collected and dropped back my IPAD to Loughton as he had a lot of clients in that area,from start to finish to service was 100% Positive. ( see pictures attached)

        I don't usually post reviews but can't fault the service received from Nick at Phones N'Tones, he repaired the cracked back on my Samsung S8 in 3 days and delivered it back to be for a very reasonable price. I would recommend giving him a ring or text to check if he's on his premises beforehand if you're dropping off your phone as he is often out delivering (he is at the rear of IC Estate Agents). Thanks Nick!
