Great service, been going for years now and very satisfied. Hatice specifically deals with my appointments and take her time with me, reviews my skin before setting up the machine and constantly checks each area separately so that she can get the best results all over for me. Im always excited for my appointments with her, ive seen amazing results and Ive only completed half my sessions. Fato is always helpful, she calls me a day prior to my appointment to remind me and this is convenient when I can forget or need to change it due to last minute circumstances as happened this month. She always ensures to book me in at a regular date for better results as it is important to go on a monthly basis. I started at Estelworld with only specific areas but Ive ended up adding more and more and now I do full body. Definitely recommend!! And these two staff are exceptional at what they do. their laser hair removal machine was really bad and they spend no time on you it takes about 15 minutes. the workers are very rude and i spent so much money but nothing has changed. its just a waste of money. they burnt my mums arm about 2 times and she still has the mark.

They were not only highly skilled and experienced but also took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the entire process thoroughly.
