I am the Manager of the Jewson Branch in Sittingbourne and I have dealt with Dennis for over 7 years now. I have often popped by his jobs to see what he was doing with the materials I had supplied him, all of his sites are very safe, staff are always getting on with the job to a high standard and the finished product always looks great! When ever I talk to Dennis he is always winning more and more work so he must be doing a lot right!

"We used Leadway to build our chalet style extension. This involved a complete refurb of the entire house including a new kitchen, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating and full decoration. We could not be happier with the result. The house looks great. We were able to turn to Den and his team whenever we had an issue and as with any building project, when a problem was there the boys on site sorted them very quickly. Very professional service and the whole team were fantastic to have around (although we were glad it was over at the end)." Dennis and his team are Masters of what they do . Built me a superb 2 Storey side extension complete with a whole new roof to my house. fitted a huge kitchen and done a lovely tiled floor with underfloor heating

After numerous quotes; I felt most comfortable with Leadway. Work completed: remove supporting walls, reconfigure internal walls and build new kitchen & utility room. Dennis was around a couple of times a week to ensure work progressed to timescales and to resolve any niggles as work progressed. End result: Work was done to the highest standard and within timescales and budget. Surinder.

After meeting with a number of companies to discuss a bathroom extension, we were impressed by the professionalism of Leadway Developments who took the time to not only explain their process but more importantly suggested some great ideas to enhance the space we already had. I highly recommend Dennis and the team for their workmanship and finish. An easy 5*.
