Had life changing treatment as an out patient for last 12 years

I Hope the CQC goes inspect this place more often!! The quality of life is below zero.. The staff is not educate about mental health, most doctors are students so they listen the nurses, the food is only once a day, so if you feel hungry or you go out or to the bar and you must pay for it.. If you don't have money or benefit.. Well you can die.. Danson ward is horrible the staff is there only for money, does not emphasise with patients, not all but most of them are rude, organization zero.. If you ask for something they say 'yes' and then they forget, is like they doing a favour for you.. insted should be in your right to have a good quality of life, but it seem they want you getting worse and worse every day!! Progress very very slow, social worker changing every 3 months, no one is seem to work properly to help the patients!!! If i could give zero star I would !!

terrible place nurses are rough on patients

This place its the mostly terrifying, horrifying and traumatic and very unpleasant place to visit or staying and the food its frozen meals 8 moths old expired all the staffs there are very rudely and violently treating the vulnerable peoples with disrespect, missed treated, its nightmare place, wickedly peoples working there its hell place to stay our dapped someone, I would close it and building a housing there to peoples around the area live it and I will be very happy to see all the peoples who missed dis treating me with lots of violences and ungrateful be without working for forever, for paying out every thing theyre having done to me in this horrible place, Just me and God knows everything I having been true in this place, I wishing you all die in hell specially doctors Sergei Russian and doctors Berika Irish and the all nurses all of it no one its nice there. I really hated this place and I show I never will see anymore of this place ever again. They was discriminated me telling me and forced me to go back to my originally country when I dont want to its brain washing place to make the foreign people to go back to their countries, thats the way I was treated in this place. I was traumatised, horrifying, unhelpful, unhappy, unhealthy, disorientated, confusing, violently treated by doctors, nurses and all staffs. Its was really the mostly unpleasant times in my lifetime.
