The PT Ben is full of advice on training and diet. No two sessions are the same with a good mix of cardio and weights. A lovely group of people to train with.

I have been coming here for many years. Not only do you keep fit and healthy but you really make good friends too. Ben is fab. Highly recommend

Ive been a member of four seasons boot camp now for 6 months. I have definitely got a lot fitter and dropped a few pounds. After work I seldom feel in the mood to workout but always get the motivation when I arrive from the jovial members of this group creating a family type atmosphere and the varied exercise routines. Ben is a unique trainer as Ive never done the same workout twice keeping it interesting. I thoroughly recommend joining this club!

I used to do this kind of thing in Brighton with ex-military people, so kind of knew what to expect. (And my standards were as high as I had become unfit!) Ben has never disappointed. Always friendly, always encouraging. Always trying to think how we can improve, without making you feel bad you're the slowest of the bunch. Every single session is different, and has the 'Heineken' effect (reaching parts other exercise doesn't reach)! The others in the group are all really friendly too - whether the superfit ones or the one just a bit fitter than me. (No names!). You just come as you are, to do some exercise outside. There's something really special about doing it in the snow, or the heat, and all other times. (Wear appropriate clothing, including gloves; and when it's crazy wet, Ben always has a plan to make it not as horrible as it could be. You always feel better after, whatever). It took me three years after moving to Wilmington to realize I'd been missing this kind of thing. I just wished I'd found it earlier.
