Disappointing day at Bexley Spa. Went with a package promising a relaxing spa day. "Luckily" we got there early enough to get 3 of the 4 plastic chairs set out to relax in! No beds for spa days except 4 hot beds, can't sit on those for long. Cold pool filled with gym members. Staff were ok but out of their depth making drinks and the food was microwaved but hot. Best part of the day were the wonderful treatments, do not let those girls go. ( 2 stars are for them) Soundproof the treatment rooms tho, it sounded like a building site. You need to stop advertising this as relaxing spa days. It isn't. Won't be back im afraid.

Not worth the money at all! The pool was freezing cold and so busy, they are greedy and let way too many people in at the same time. Nothing leisurely about it. I'm heavily pregnant and came to relax and swim. Couldn't be in the pool long, one because it was so so cold and two because everyone was in there from working out to cool down. They even said they love how cold the pool always is there as it helps when they are hot and sweaty! I paid 47 for a chewy panini, coffee and to sit in a busy room by a cold pool. Disgusting!!! Will not recommend ever.

Had an absolute amazing day! Was a treat with my daughter. Loved the facilities! Must say Ren the therapist was excellent! I have travelled near and far in other countries experiencing different facials and massages and I have to say this was the best facial I have ever experienced!!! Highly recommended!!!
