I began training with Ross after some issues with my back. I'd been burning out with training and got in a really bad state. I found him on Instagram and liked the different unconventional training methods he used, kettlebells, steel mace, animal flow and also the movement coaching aspect. He gave me great feedback and some rehab suggestions and 2 months later I began an online training program. In the 6 months since I've hit numerous PB's and am probably in the best physical condition of my life. Ross gave tailored advice on the nutritional side of things and programming but also mental guidance and support when I hit walls. The scheduled in person sessions in Dartford were great, it's a fantastic space to work out in. I highly reccomended Ross as a PT, whatever your goals or condition.

After a kettlebell flow, you feel strong and mobile. I did 8 weeks kettlebell workshop with Ross & i loved it, it involves whole body movement,different muscle groups.It's not only your body movement but brain & body co-ordination plus it's good cardio too. Thank you Ross for teaching me how to flow i still don't look as cool as you when you do it but yes will keep practicing

Ross has been a really effective personal trainer for my fitness goals. He really educated me on how to structure my workouts efficiently adding new exercises using kettlebells and animal flow hand in hand with some mobility coaching. Consistently keeping to a diet has always been difficult for me but Ross was able to implement a plan that fit in well with my work/training balance. Being local in Dartford it was always easy for me to reach out for tips and advice whether that be online or in the gym. 100% would recommend.

I came to Ross after seeing his website. I had done a lot of different fitness related stuff before but had been out of the game for a while and I was in pretty bad shape. I was drawn to the unconventional aspect that Ross offered which I had not come across before. Ross was instantly welcoming and put me at ease immediately, despite my initial hesitation of starting exercising again. He introduced me to Steel Mace exercises, something totally new to me and I enjoyed them immensely, even though I nearly took the ceiling lights out a few times! I signed up for a block of sessions and Ross carefully guided me through further steel Mace exercises as well as kettlebell exercises that challenged my fitness and mobility. Ross was always mindful of my limitations and hesitations and pushed me to go further while also changing up my diet to help me with my weight loss goals. We eventually moved onto a strength training program using more conventional gym equipment, again, some of which I was unfamiliar with. The results spoke for themselves and after 3 months I had lost 12kg in weight, while also drastically improving my strength, fitness and mobility! I would wholeheartedly Recommend Ross as a coach to anyone that wants to change their life for the better. He will look after you and make sure you get to where you want to go with your personal goals.
