I've been training with Julie for 8 months and I'm so pleased with the results. She made me feel comfortable and motivated. She always has a plan to help me reach my goals, and she provides me with the necessary guidance and support to ensure that I'm doing the exercises correctly and safely. She also makes sure to keep the sessions interesting and challenging. I'm very grateful to have such a knowledgeable and passionate trainer. I used to be a bit depressing, she has not only aided me in improving my physical well-being but my mental health too.I'm so happy with the results of our training Now I'm worried that she has too many clients, which makes it difficult to book sessions with her .

Its almost the end of 8 months with Julie and it has been a wonderful journey to being healthier in mind and body. We have developed a great relationship where I trust Julie to just load up the weight (without telling me the total weight pushed or pulled) and I just go with it. Julie continues to push me to reach my full potential and week after week Im consistently amazed at how much stronger Im getting. I have left the other review in because the sentiment below remains. Julie is nothing short of great! Im reaching the end of my second month with Julie and I couldnt have picked a better trainer. Julie is kind, very knowledgeable and really puts the clients needs first. Our training sessions have made me love being in the gym again and my progress so far has been great. I feel like Im not only training to achieve my fitness goals but training to make better decisions to improve health as a whole. If you want to be pushed to achieve the best version of you, Julie is the PT for you!

Ive been training with Julie for almost 3 months now and its above and beyond the best decision I have ever made for myself! When I first came to Julie I was really struggling with my mobility and was in constant pain all over my body. I remember the first time I tried to do a squat and I could barely move without being unsteady on my feet let alone squat down. She helped me make as many adjustments as I needed, and not only can I squat now, I can sit in a low squat for up to a minute several times a day! She breaks down all the movements in such an easy to understand format, and her focus is always on making sure your form is correct so you dont injure yourself, and not on getting you to push through pain in order to hit a rep count. She hasnt only helped me with my workouts, shes sat and been a listening ear on the days Ive really struggled with my mental and emotional well-being, and has always made me feel heard. She is encouraging and kind and always gives you the motivation to keep going. I always finish our sessions feeling really empowered and cant wait for our next session! I initially started with 1 session a week (4 sessions a month) and have now moved to 2 sessions a week (8 sessions a month) and the transition has been seamless! The best thing about working with Julie above all else is how safe she has made me feel. As someone who suffers with pretty severe PTSD and panic attacks, she has gone out of her way to help me feel at ease at the gym. From the beginning, her focus has always been on helping me feel strong and proud of myself. I cant recommend Julie enough. If youre on the fence about personal training and dont know if its right for you, I encourage you to reach out to her and give it a try for yourself. I guarantee it will be the best decision you ever make for yourself too!!

Julie is a very brilliant and lovely instructor! Her classes are excellent, diverse and creative! She always works very hard to make sure everyone is giving their all. She will crack-the-whip if you're not! hah. Really nice to get on with and very helpful at any moment. Would highly recommend to attend her classes or get some PT from Julie. Thanks :)

Initially I only wanted a month or two PT but I stuck with Julie and Im glad I did. Shes a tough knowledgeable cookie but fun to work with. She gives me workout homework for my off days and nutrition suggestions for my diet. My mom and has seen the transformation and said I should continue. Even I can see the changes in my weight and mental health. Im just happy I found Julie ..
