TERRIBLE SERVICE, they have held up my package for days now lying on the tracking system

Appealing service by UPS, which was completely unexpected of such a big company! I am still waiting for a package from the US, which was supposed to be delivered today after multiple requests, emails and phone calls to the UPS customer service team. They also tried to deliver earlier this week anyways, when I had specifically requested for my parcel to be delivered on a later date as I would not be available. It seems like they do whatever they want and if youre lucky, youll get your goods. The customer service team is polite during calls, however do nothing to help you. I doubt that they even contact or call the delivery depot to resolve issues with them! Avoid this company at all costs! I just keep my fingers crossed that I will eventually get my package and it wont be lost!

Unreliable delivery company. As much as I would like to avoid them, they are used by others to deliver their products to me. In December, they delayed my order a few times, quoting 'severe weather conditions' and when I called them, and asked which severe weather conditions as we don't live in Alaska or Siberia, the operator laughed . Same happened with other parcels, with lies we were not at home and they will reschedule the delivery. They will be reported to customer service protection in the UK. Avoid them at all cost.
