        We had a fire in April which cause substantial damage to our garage and the outside of our home. It felt devastating at the time. The people at Regent development have been professional at every point of the repair works that were needed and made everything as easy as they could for us. The level of workmanship has been above and beyond what we had expected. We can honestly say we have not one complaint with any of the trades people that have been involved in making our house a home again. James coordinated everything any issues that arose were swiftly dealt with, thanks to Lee, Tom and Giles !

        Terrible experience, as has been mentioned in multiple other Google reviews below. Booked Regency for a small job, was quoted a price, half way through the job after they requoted a new price 4 times higher citing pre-existing problems they had clearly made these up in an attempt to extract more money
