I got Alopecia after give birth and have been lost hair and eyelash, Dr. Bever made appointment to meet up but calling me to take iron tablet because my blood test from 4 years ago when i was pregnant showed that i need it. Anyway i suggest to take Hormone level test and blood test to see ehat is wrong with me . She refused and think that is not need. i will defo make complaining to NHS about this and will change GP.

At 9.00 booked a triage phone call,waited all day,phoned to ask if some body was going to call,they said somebody would call up till 6.30,phoned at 6.25,cut off at 6.30 now can't get through......

Discussing here went to collect papers to have a blood test was told nothing here for me didn't even listen to me when I was talking to her walked off and shut door very rude I thought . Told her I had had a phone call to come and collect them she still insisted there was nothing for me .Then finally comes out with the papers .Also had send an email that morning of a problem I had and they asked me to send pictures had a problem sending them but eventually sent about 5 asked her to confirm they had them she come back and said no so I looked at my phone and said well my phone is telling me they have been sent she then came back and said they are in spam someone will call you later .aaThen gets a call to say no pictures attached but when I look back at my phone there is one with no pictures but all the others did have .They just can't put themselves out to do anything if it's not under their nose they won't look for it
