I saw Pippa when on holiday nearby, having enjoyed her Tai Chi class. I mentioned that I had problems with my shoulders and she saw me in her studio at short notice. Having been told by a NHS physio that they were unable to help, Pippa's positive approach was so refreshing and gave me hope that I could start feeling better. Her knowledge and expertise was obvious and within one session she made a difference to my range of movement. She also sent me videos of specific exercises to do at home and had taken the time to find a practitioner with the right skill set who was local to me. I'd highly recommend booking time with Pippa if you have any issues with pain or mobility.

Whilst on Holiday at Anglers Paradise I saw that a massage was on the list of other things to do. I have recently had pain in my arms ,shoulders and neck after a consultation it was decided which treatment I should have. I can see a difference in my movement straight away . Pippa has also given me some varied exercises to do at home and work to help with the tightness that I have been feeling recently. I highly recommend wether it be a relaxing massage or one of the other therapies Pippa offers. Thank you very much for the explanation regarding my lack of movement at the beginning of the therapy and explanation on how to get the best results at home .

My back issues started in 2003, when I was diagnosed as having a bulging disc in my lower back, pushing on one of my nerves. Unfortunately this resulted in me having a discectomy operation in 2004 and another in 2008 for yet another bulging disc (next disc up)! Even after the two operations I have had on/off lower back pain, often resulting in me having to take days off work and take multiple different medications. My back pain returned with a vengeance during the second trimester of my second pregnancy. I was in so much pain with my back I was having to use crutches to walk and spent a lot of money visiting the osteopath near weekly to try and alleviate the pain. Even though the pain lessened after my son was born, it never entirely went back to how it was prior to my pregnancy. Earlier this year the pain in my lower back returned with additional pain running down my leg, making it painful to walk and stand for long periods of time. Back to the consultant again who confirmed, yet again, that one of the discs was bulging onto a nerve causing the pain. The options were either a steroid injection (60% success rate) or yet another operation the latter not being a very viable option with two children under 5 in tow!! Luckily a friend had introduced me to Pippa and, after a phone consultation, I booked in for a series of treatments in a last ditch attempt to solve the problem without using the NHS! In addition to my back issues, I was having constant headaches and neck ache, something which I also hoped Pippa would be able to help with. On my first appointment I was blown away with the amount of information Pippa took from our conversation and how far back into my history she considered to be important to the current issues something that no other professional has asked or considered before. I immediately felt comfortable in Pippas presence and listened intently to her expert knowledge, always explaining things in a way that I could understand. During my treatments with Pippa, she has always explained exactly what she is doing and why; and given me the tools to carry on helping myself at home. My headaches and neck ache have completely gone (thank goodness) and I am really confident that with ongoing top ups of treatment with Pippa and making the changes Pippa has suggested me doing at home, that we can stop the debilitating back pain coming back too! I highly recommend Pippa she has quite literally saved me from yet another intrusive medical procedure. Thank you so much Pippa!
