From start to finish Willowserve were friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and polite. We had a new boiler installed and moved location. The team were prompt and worked hard throughout the week, working around my 2 week old son with much care. The workmanship was incredibly professional, and they made sure they left each day with no mess. They also made sure they kept disruption to a minimum, and kept me updated on how the work was progressing, and made sure we were aware of when we would have no hot water. The quotation was exactly what I paid, with no hidden costs. 100% highly recommend willowserve and will use them again. Service: Heating system installation

Karl and his team updated a very old oil fired boiler, shower and radiators. The team is polite, hardworking and very knowledgeable. Karl is extremely approachable and nothing was too much trouble. His team were extremely efficient and treated our house as if it were their own. New pipe work and radiators installed to a high standard. They removed old water tanks and the water pressure now is great. A beautiful new shower that actually works. The new radiators make a real difference to heating the house. Cant rate Willowserve highly enough - five stars for sure. Our existing oil fired boiler failed and dumped water all over our kitchen floor. Karl arranged for his lads to come over and replace the boiler with a new unit. Also took the opportunity to improve some old pipework resulting in a more efficient system. Really conscientious lads who were friendly and polite, kept mess to an absolute minimum and tidied up after themselves. Would not look anywhere else now - a very happy customer indeed. From start to finish Karl and his crew of wonderful lads were professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Their work was first class and throughout the project all tradesmen were so helpful. On the final day they cleaned all areas thoroughly and left everything as it was, except for my brand new shiny en-suite. This company is like a breath of fresh air, nothing is too much trouble.
