        Simple BandB on a housing estate on the edge of Ixworth and handy for visiting Bury St. Edmunds. Small rooms and shared bathroom (for 4 rooms) but that's reflected in the price so is what you'd expect and its a nice house with use of a large lounge. It is easy to find, look for the big white lion statues on the front! Stephen is a friendly and accommodating host and his communication was very good, but I did find the bed very uncomfortable - so only 3 stars from me.

        As soon as we arrive Steve made us feel so welcome. He even phoned the local pub and reserved a table for us. The room was a good size with lots of little extras such as a fridge and fruit that was a lovely touch. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely and hot. Breakfast was delicious with a fantastic choice and plentiful. We will certainly be returning.
