I must of called this company 4 times asking for help. They have a certain arrogance of advising that they are very good at what they do because the owner has been doing it for so long.. I have since learnt from other companies that this is not the case They just happen to have someone that has chucked enough years at this that they can give an ok service for the high price they will charge.. Classic case of fancy website ( but only 1 person doing the work ) A month ago I was told that they had to concentrate on a really important client for 2 weeks. ( "Never a good thing to say to a new customer, It basically sais, Yeah yeah we will do your lower priced job when we can be bothered because we have a client that is paying loads more than you are ") I should of listened to my wife when she said that they wont call you back Ofcourse they didn't Could'nt be bothered !! Good luck getting them to your house.. They are in London working for richer clients than you
