        *update* quote received (Over a month later) Travelled to this company on a recommendation. Impressed with the workshop and workmanship of the windows. Had a home visit to get a quote, However NEVER received a quote for the windows I wanted. I even chased them and still nothing. Waste of my time and a big loss of custom to them.

        Just had 100 year old bay and bathroom windows completely replaced to include double glazed units. OWW Ltd. were the only firm to promise that they would match exactly the appearance of the originals. This promise has been kept in exemplary fashion. The attention to detail is amazing; the quality of the wood, paintwork and ironmongery is outstanding. On top of that we have dealt with decent, honest and enthusiastic people all along with fitters who took their time and were fanatical about getting everything right. I could go on but, as you can tell, this is an unequivocal recommendation.
