I enjoyed my time at the costume fitting and set day immensely, the staff were lovely, the lunch was really tasty and they were able to accommodate to my lactose intolerance and ibs dietary requirements. I hope to work with them again soon!

Absolutely diabolical company. Several times attempted to contact "artiste support" (seemingly a non-existent department) via email and voice mail, yet no-one responded. After numerous bad experiences I opted to use a different company and requested Uni-versal Extras deleted my account. Again, no response. Instead I get banned and my details are still on file. That isn't deleting an account UVE. Really, a disgusting company ran by a bunch of half-wits. Avoid if you value being treated with respect.

Uni-versal Extras are always on the ball, exposing their clients to new and exciting opportunities. A friendly team that is always there to speak with you, solve problems, and not to mention the fantastic mobile app they have makes things even easier. I've always had the pleasure of working on films and projects offered to me by Uni-versal Extras and I am eternally grateful to them for their ongoing support and kindness :)

AVOID THIS AGENCY! The customer service were SO rude after I asked a simple question!!! Also I paid to join and they still take commission which took 60 off my pay.... LIVID. And my partner PAID TO SIGN UP AND HAS RECEIVED NO WORK WHEN I HAVE, AND HE WOULD HAVE BEEN SUITABLE BUT THEY NEVER ASKED HIM. IS IT BECAUSE HE ISNT BRITISH?!??
