Dont acknowledge appeals. Unfair to expect a disabled driver to have a permit for the area when visiting a friend they rarely see (8months due to distance) & still issue citation for parking when blue disabled badge is clearly displayed. No phone line for customers to discuss issue, P.O. Box for address & even the email address on their letter chasing you for payment DOES NOT EXIST!

Insensitive, pointless, inconsiderate and ignorant appeal process that has no ounce of thought, common sense or good practice. Just money generating at all costs. Life is worth more. Never will I use your parking services again for such a trivial and human admin error on the app. I can see your reviews are extremely poor and I know why now. You wont last. You have no human standards whatsoever and your operating procedures are meaningless.
