        My mother had fallen over and had old injuries on her shoulder and legs. Sam as put her back in motion in absolutely no time. I wish there where more people like you Sam, doing the job to help people. Thank you so much. Mom thinks you have magical hands xxx

        Sam is brilliant. I had so much pain for 2 years in my upper back and ribs Gp, doctors could not even find out what was causing the pain. after several xray's, scans, tests etc One day someone told me to visit him. That day I could not even stand straight as I had to lean on my left ribs. That was the day. One visit and the pain was gone never had to visit again. Yes it sounds crazy but its the truth Bless him
