Iver Heath Health Centre - The Ivers Practice

Waiting time on the phone too long, I waited more then 25 min to book appointment for my child, however been told that nearest appointment is in two weeks and no doctors available to call me to discuss my concerns. When I asked what should I do, because he needs to be seen earlier, I was told they can't help me and to call 111. No wonder hospitals are too full, because GP surgeries like this one do not help at all!

Extremely rude and impatient staff from the receptions. It seems like they do not care about their patients. I just got off the phone to them and its almost they me feel as their content with me not being able to have an appointment. Heard sighing on the phone from the lady I had today. Im not happy with the service at all. On top of that this medical practice in general it is such a pain booking appointments. They seem to be short of staff all the, meaning it is impossible and difficult to get an appointment.

The doctors will tell you to ring at 8.30 but will still have no appointments. I rung yesterday earliest I could just after 9 am and after 40 minute hold I got told no appointments ring tomorrow. I then ring today even earlier at 8.30 and again no appointments and one staff member is ill. I got told if it gets worse go to a and e no wonder they are so packed. Moreover, the staff have no welcoming atmosphere and do not care about your needs.

If i could give 0 I would. Never been trited so badly in my life by ladies on reception.( perhaps staff should be retrain how to speak to people and not to be selective to a know people but to everyone) staff at reception should be polite and respectful However I just experienced rudeness and shouting without reason. Appointment no available after 40-60 minutes on the phone , only through 111 . I wouldnt recommend this gp surgery to anybody.
