1st time here, seems to be a lot better stocked than most other garden centres we visit.

The customer service of the cafe is appalling. Eveyone in the cafe especially the one with the glasses is exteremly rude , racist and unprofessional. This has been the second time i have experienced such disgusting attitude . The first time i went in they immediately told me they are closed which was false because 2 min later they were serving a white customer. I excused this unprofessional behaviour and decided to go again and i asked for an iced mocha. At first she thought i said americano and shouted at me infront of everyone when in fact it was her ears that were processing the information incorrectly, then she scolded me for the way i was pronouncing mocha i dont know who gave her the right to correct my pronunciation when in fact i was correct even so if i wasnt she has no right to correct anyones english. additionally she screamed at us for asking for one mocha instead of 2 and said you could of told me that when i had gone whilst screaming it but if she was paying attention she would of realised our order instead of running around and correcting the way we say mocha. I will never ever be coming to the cafe again and i will be sure to tell my friends to never visit.
