Very clicky
A lot of the staff and the managemet worked previously for Arri and are very "closed shop old boys"
I worked there for 10 months and is the only place i have ever worked where i did not feel included.
I basically fixed all the old crap that no one else wanted to do (albeit very succesfully, reducing the in to out time considerably) But when the work ran out, they just gave me the push. Very strange that they asked me to sign a waiver regarding my employment rights and they would give me 1000, which i declined.
