Went with Gary and team as we were doing a lot of work - internal structure, decorating, plumbing and more. Initially they were terrific, very accommodating, workmanship and work ethic to a very high level. Unfortunately when it got to the end of the job we noticed a few areas where the finish wasn't as good as we'd have liked - tv fitting and staircase painting in particular. They came back to do another round but it still wasn't good enough. After discussing the standard of finish the attitude changed - they became quite non-committal, and challenged back to us on our expectations - making us feel we were asking too much. When the job was finally over (still not to the standard we wanted) I asked Gary what he was willing to offer given the delays and unfinished job - when he became quite angry and threatened me with court. Unfortunately what began as a wonderful experience (I'd recommended them to a friend) became a very sour experience. Wouldn't recommend.

Great service on boiler maintenance did paint flat install sink WC lino fitted cupboard door fitted but boiler stopped working froze all December and another gas leak replaced boiler and no reply
