Making an appointment is very difficult even when the doctors have asked you to make an appointment. For instance the doctors say please make an appointment for three weeks time, the receptionist says sorry we don't make appointments three weeks in advance. OK fine, one makes a call a week later as asked by the doctor and suffers an inquisition. I believe it should be simply, when do you want to make the amendment for, yes it is available or not available. Medical questions are solely one's doctors remit. Regards Saghir Ahmed.

Iver Medical Centre is one of the worst GPs I have ever come across. When you call them for an appointment they ask you to book an appointment online via NHS app and when you into the NHS app it asks to call the GP or 111. I have called them relentlessly for 4 days in a row only for the automated system to say your is been transferred to an operator and the call drops. I usually stay clear of trying to visit the GP when I am sick as its such a mission and I have managed to stay clear off them for over a year but unfortunately this time around in desperate need of a doctor and this is the outcome. Practises such as Iver Medical Centre should not be allowed to operate. Will be changing GP asap and for anyone out there considering to register with them just dont as you will develop new health condition just from the stress of trying to get an appointment !!!! Really really really bad service!!! Review Update! Once my review was posted I got an generic automated response with a baseless apology asking me to contact the practise manager which from the reviews on here itself is evident is one one of the most horrific experience of this practise. I dont know if the clinic even bothers to read this.. but if by the rare chance you guys do read this ..have some shame..if you have even 1 per ent if professionalism or basic ethics left in you, have the common sense to make some difference!!
