Such a lovely nursery, my daughter is very happy here, lovely staff, nice environment, I feel content that my child is safe here and enjoys her time here!

Hi there, I would greatly appreciate it, if you could tell your staff to encourage the children in their care to be polite and respectful to other babies and children that they encounter. I was in Salt Hill Park and some of your older children were saying get lost and go away to my baby. My baby was just being curious and was attracted to the orange tabards that they wear. As we were leaving the older children said bye bye, get lost, go away in a sarcastic tone and I just felt that all of this was unnecessary and rude. It made me feel uncomfortable to hear such young children speak like this. I was waiting for the two female adults to speak up and tell them to use better words instead, the two older ladies who were accompanying the group just glared at us and didnt encourage good behaviour. I am writing this as I just dont want other children and parents to experience what I just did.
