        Chris James is a godsend to our local community wrestling with the complexities of both computer hardware and software. For some time now I've occasionally called him in panic over renegade laptops, misbehaving PCs and software anomolies. He's always responded quickly, with humour, with understanding and professionalism. My last problem - which even he wrestled with - has now been solved and I'm thankfully up and running again. Many thanks Chris - it's a great service and I would highly recommend it to anybody who uses a computer and who runs in to technical problems.
