        Good Price, 'disjointed' service

        We have purchased a few tracking devices from this company. Their prices are cheap but I am not impressed with their service. It is not easy to get hold of someone to speak to if we have an issue. If someone answer the phone, the the person who has a solution is not available usually. When we leave a message and our number they do not call back. They do not usually reply to emails either unless it is a sales email. We have been trying to resolve an issue with one of our devices for 7 weeks now but have not managed to make a contact with them yet. I will be moving my business away and reporting them to the trading standards. I have decided to pay a little more and purchase tracking devices for our vans from another company whose service is not so frustrating!

        My company has purchased a few trackers from him. He seem to be a one man band and never available to help any issues with the product. He seems only selling the tracker but not providing any support. I would not recommend. I have now located a couple of other places where i can buy the product for a similar price and they seem to have a brilliant after service, per my investigation.
