        The woman who answered phone was very very rude - sounded annoyed when she answered and then suggested we visit their London clinics when we are no where near London (she took postcode so knew we are not in London). Very rude telephonist.

        I had been looking for an ear wax removal Slough clinic, but last time I had a blocked ear I had to wait 8 weeks for an appointment with a well-known competitor in the town centre. I have to give a presentation today, so you can imagine my relief when I found this company with a proven track record, and they could see me the same day. There was free parking right outside, and Elena welcomed me at the door and followed all the Covid protocols to a tee. She carefully and painlessly removed all the wax and now I can hear clearly again, I'm looking forward to receiving questions after my presentation this afternoon. What a great service!
