We were recommended to Jo for hypnobirthing and we couldnt have been more pleased to of met her. We had no idea about what to expect at our first session, but Jo was so lovely and put us at ease straight away with tea, biscuits and a great sense of humour before beginning a really insightful and relaxing session. Our journey with Jo through the pregnancy equipped us with all the tools and information we needed to deal with the birth of our son, who quite frankly wasnt playing ball from the very start. So even tho we had unforeseen complications everything Jo taught us helped us make very informed decisions throughout and ask all the questions before making them, which we absolutely would not of felt comfortable doing before hypnobirthing! And the relaxation recordings and breathing techniques got me though even the hardest points. We ended up with an emergency C-Section in the end but I can honestly say we made it the best experience because of what Jo taught us , and we really did make it the best birth on the day. So I really could not recommend hypnobirthing with Jo enough.

We saw Jo for Hypnobirthing before the birth of our son. We found Jo so reassuring and put our minds ar ease. She really prepared both of us, and when I was going in to be induced, she checked up on me, to make sure I was feeling comfortable about the process. Her commitment and individual care for us as new parents was brilliant, that we are having a refresher with her before the birth of our second child. Her friendly and calm manner is exactly what you need.

I couldnt recommend Jo more! We worked with her in preparation for the births of our two babies and the knowledge and techniques she shared with us were an incredible help. The way Jo communicates is really reassuring and totally non-judgmental. She completely put us at ease and we always looked forward to our sessions with her. I learned so much from Jo about birth as well as the skills I needed to feel confident going into and during labour.

Have had ETF (tapping) and a chakra cleanse with jo. She is amazing, very calming and I would highly recommend. I found the chakra cleanse very emotional and felt lighter after.
