Useless. Booked ski lessons through this company but booking was never placed now we are stuck without lessons. AVOID

If I could give 0 I would!!! Today is our 1st year anniversary with my boyfriend and we have booked a sunset catamaran boat trip with SeaWorld... they have sent us 5:30pm starting time instead if 5:00pm... therefore we missed the boat. On their confirmation email the "show the map" option did not pop up ...so we had to contact the catamaran boat company to give us the exact address. Most unorganised travel agency ever... no personal touchpoint or contact and they bloody ruin our special day too. Absolutely not recommend this company as they represent the highest level of unprofassionalism.

I had to change my review since their answer and effiiency was fast and great. Very professional people, answered via email quite quickly providing you solutions to any possible problem you bring up.

I am writing this with utter displeasure and a feeling of been cheated. As i booked flyboarding with you for me and my wife and was very excited for it, unfortunately the experience was as bad and frustrating that it affected my mood for whole trip. To explain you: 1. We were in sea only for 30 mins rather than 2 hours as advertised by you. 2. No soft drinks on boat as promised by you. 3. No waterproof cameras and no waterproof covers for our phones as explained by you. 4. Everyone was so busy there, they just wanted us to hurry and finish it. 5. They asked for confirmation email with booking number which was never sent by you. It was sent later only after facing problem at the counter. Overall, rather than taking it as a good experience, it was an ugly experience and also with feeling of fooled and cheated. I will make sure i leave detailed review of your services in every corner of internet. Highly unprofessional.
