Placed an order for an 'in stock' item which apparently is next day dispatch. 9 days later after me trying to get in touch with them multiple times, it finally arrives. Never got a reply from them or an apology. My blower broke down so I needed a replacement quickly, only reason why I chose them. Will never use again, awful company, terrible communication.

Have spend 1000s with this company over the years, purchased new chainsaw boots and the Laces frayed in the space of a month.They would not replace the laces and found them very unhelpful to rectify the problem, in result they have now lost my custom and I will let all my other arb friends know how I have been treated, I have called other companys and they would of replaces with out delay shame on you . The reply below has not rectified the issue has it? a good will gesture would be to send out some new laces off your own back as I dont want orange laces thanks!!!!

Appalling customer service I had an issue with some trousers that I purchased where they split up the back first time I wore them only after a few hours, as the split wasnt on the seem the company basically said its my fault and wasnt interested. The trousers must have either been damaged or faulty from the manufacturer. Ive tried to contact them several times but Ive had no reply. I see from some of the reviews on here its not the first time customers have been treated like this. I wont be using this company again and I advise anyone else to be prepared to be ignored if you have any issues with your deliverys. Im happy to remove my review if contacted soon and my issue is resolved
