Somebody asked how many of these retreat days or weekends can you do, and the answer of course is infinite. They are so special because Sherin is so special - she holds a space where you bathe in her beautiful energy. As well as wonderful vinyasa and yin yoga, there is poetry and music, and a silent mindful walk and a playful vision board workshop. So nourishing and nurturing of the soul and cant wait for the next one!

I've just attended a wonderful spring retreat day with Sherin. The location was perfect, delicious vegan food and some really lovely participants. I love Sherin's teaching style and how she weaves poetry into the practices. Highly recommended :-)

Highly recommend the wonderful seasonal day retreat in the heart of Hampshire. Inspirational and motivating while incredibly restorative and restful. Also loved the woodland walk in the sunshine. Sherin is a fantastic teacher and thoughtful and welcoming retreat host. Delicious and nourishing meal from WooW caters in Winchester too. A perfect start to the new year, thank you.
