Ignore the one star - only click it because I can't post without!! Been trying to cancel my mother's account for several months. Trying to call today, but no answer to any telephone numbers that I've called today.

Repetitive calls, and I did not give consent to be contacted. They didn't even know the difference between my number and my work number and have been persistently calling my work number. Against GDPR as I know I have not given consent, and when I requested the information to determine where they got my data, they said maybe one of 14:00HRs, 15/03/2019 onwards. If I receive another call then they have broken the law. As I requested my information to be removed, and I was told it would be immediately.

Wish I had never heard of the company set up direct debit with them was unaware they wear not tacking it only to get bank statement and they have took 280 out off my bank account in one go wish caused me hard ship could not pay my bills phoned them up want to mack a complaint we will get some one to ring you back but don't think that's going to happen maybe watch dog might want to no what a great company they are not would rather pay extra money than be with this company one unhappy customer

They cold called my mother who had dementia and forced her to take their service. I made repeated attempts to have her switched back to BT. Each time they blocked the request. After several emails advising that my mother was in a care home and requesting that they shut the account, they continued to take payments, after a recorded letter and follow up calls they continued to take payments. Further more all my mother's details were passed onto another company who started to take payments . Totally illegal.. the only people who had these details were precise telecom. You must avoid using this company... very suspicious. I have reported them to trading standards .
