I was represented first by Kamal El Nour. He ignored me for months and when he instructed a barrister, he gave the wrong instructions! Then I heard nothing from him ever. I had to get in touch with Barbara Hetch whos attitude is that of a toddler! It took a month to find out what happened at court and when I chase this woman she would say things like "you know you are very annoying" and hang up the phone. Grow up Barbara. She is very irresponsible and has no interest in care for her clients. Both Barbara and Kamal would promise to do things but never did them, just kept fobbing me off. Stay far, far away from these scammers.
