        My initial experience started off well. But as soon as I had other quotes I had experienced very hard sales tactics. I tried to explain to the person I was at a pharmacy trying to get my wife's prescription and then straight to a school run but he would not get off the phone. That completely put me off as he had no value for my personal circumstances. My advise is to listen to what your potential customers want and be more courteous towards them. Because of this I ended up going to another provider who were only interested in what works best for me.

        I have told the numerous people who have called me that I would like to be removed from the list. Requesting to stop being called simply doesnt work. Not only do the people calling not remove you from the list they are often rude, patronising and seem to want to argue about it. Surely if I say Im no longer interested that should be the end of the conversation. The fact that the calls and texts continue is frustrating to say the least.
