I would advise against using this place. I only gave it one star because 0 isn't an option. I took a dress in for a simple new zip fix. Collected it this evening to take it away on holiday not only does it stink the zip that was put in isn't a new zip the clasp is hanging on by a thread and when I zipped it up the zip bust again. So poor and I will never use these again. I have now have to find a dry cleaner while I am on holiday to fix this. I wish I had left it as it was. Worse I've paid for the service and still have no dress to wear. Please don't waste your time this is the 2nd time I've had an issue with this cleaners, I will travel elsewhere to find a dry cleaners next time Service: Alterations

1 star because 0 is not an option, gave my daughters brand new communion dress to steam, to get rid of wrinkles from packaging and delvery. Not only were the wrinkles still there but they stained the dress and had the gall to claim the stains were present before. No apology, no ownership of the issue just a dismissive smirk. We got a refund very reluctantly and the petty gent decided to give us our refund in small coins. NEVER USE THIS LAUNDRY.
