Rotowash Limited

I have worked for this company as a Field Service Engineer for nearly 3 years and have never had a bad word to say about them. As an employee, you are treated very well with plenty of incentives to perform better and grow within a tight knit and down to earth workforce. We have our own regions to cover so you build a rapport with your customers and if there is ever an issue with the machine, they know who is going to turn up to repair it. From what I hear from my own customers, the machines work very well in most environments (be it care homes, schools, vets etc) and work capably and efficiently on a wide range of flooring (carpet, laminate, vinyl etc). They seem very happy with the efficiency of which machines and parts are dispatched to site and our 5 working day turnaround for repairs.

Although their maintenance-man omitted to notice that a part was missing from one of our machines when I phoned Rotowash and found their staff really helpful, they sent me the correct part within 2 days, making the best of a bad job i would say.
