I have used Mitchell and Mayle for 30 years both in my business and at home. Every time I have had any problem with drains they are always very quick to respond and always fix the issue whatever it is! I would never call anyone else for sewer problems and highly recommend themand they are really well priced and good people to deal with!

Rang on Saturday morning about a blocked pipe which was leaking onto the carpet. They responded quickly, but couldnt fix the problem as their machine was frozen (which was fine, it had been -8c over night and they cant help this)- they promised they would come on Monday morning so I didnt ring anyone else. We waited in on Monday morning and were not contacted. My partner rang and they said they were fully booked and couldnt see us until Tuesday at the earliest. If Id known they werent going to be able to see us as promised, Id have booked someone else earlier. It would also have been courteous if theyd rung us to let us know rather than us having to chase them.
