        Having been totally dissatisfied and disillusioned after using somebody else previously, Joel was a breath of fresh air. He explained thoroughly what he intended to do and what would be required as a follow up. His vac gave up shortly after commencing but he soon returned with a replacement and set about making an excellent job cleaning our pond and replacing filters. It was that bad we didnt even know how many fish we had! Being too many he even re-homed 12 for us. Would thoroughly recommend his excellent services.
