Rob is an absolute champion bat maker and provides a personal touch that I've yet to come across. An email inquiry quickly led to a WhatsApp chat and then a video call where he listened to what I wanted and showed off the stock he had. Unsatisfied with the stock he had and its alignment with my needs, we had another video call a couple of days later where he made 2 new bats with similar requirements to mine. We chose one and he worked his magic. Oiling, hand knocking in, stickering and gripping to my liking. The bat arrived shortly after with a featherlight, balanced pickup. Everyone on my team thinks my 2lb 12.25 oz bat is 2lb 9oz-10z!! Pings as well if not better than those 700 bats. Absolute bargain! Look no further that Rob for your bats.

Unbelievable experience. One of the nicest people you'll meet in cricket and a master of his trade. I needed some new kit, including a bat, for my son. Rob took time to speak with me over a video call to explore and understand what would be best for him at his stage of development. He didn't have anything matching that in stock, but said "no problem I'll make him one over the next couple of weeks". True to his word ten days later photos arrived and a few days later it arrived. All I can say is "wow". I cannot recommend Rob highly enough. You will receive a first-class service and product that is unbelievably high quality and fantastic value for money. We have owned many bats and my first impressions are that this will become number one by a mile. Thanks Rob and team.
