Great local store, could do with more raw food

Can't comment on how good a job is done as I didn't get that far. I rang a week ago and made my first ever appointment with a gentleman over the phone, in which I went into quite a bit of detail about the type of service I wanted and that it needs to be on a 1-1 basis, as my Border Terrier is nervous around other dogs. I was given an appointment for today but when I arrived they were not expecting me and did not have any vacant appointments for at least a month. I have phoned round various groomers but I'm unable to get an appointment for quite some time. Won't be using them again!The groomers have now been intouch with me and have successfully resolved the situation. I think a cross communication was the problem but I'm happy with the outcome. Miley had a full groom today , she looks and smells lovely. Kay the groomer even gave me a discount as a goodwill gesture which was very much appreciated. We are two very happy customers

Mitzy had her second groom. She came out full of excitement but totally relaxed too. So pleased that you managed to clip her nails as she never and I mean never let's anyone near her feet. We will definitely be calling in again for her next groom. If Mitzy is happy then we are happy

Mavis has just been to be groomed looks good and smells wonderful.as always. Wouldn't take her anywhere else.
