Sarah was a fantastic agent and an absolute pleasure to work with, moving can be a stressful process but Sarah was so attentive and worked diligently to support us in every step of the process. Making it so much easier and giving us fast feedback and keeping us in the loop. Within a week had secured us a beautiful home that met our needs and expectations.

Sarah helped us through the process of renting a beautiful, very well maintained property recently and we couldnt have received a better service , all of the staff we spoke to are very friendly, polite and very helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and things go as smoothly as they can in one of the most stressful times of moving house. As a rule I don't like estate agents, but Bywater Herring are not your usual agents. They sold me a property in London and made the whole experience pleasurable - now that is something. My contact, Karen kept me informed every step of the way; wasn't pushy; and all her interactions was with kindness. She ensured things kept progressing and would let me know of holdups out of my control along the chain. My overall experience with Bywater Herring was really positive and I'd recommend them to everyone.
