Amanda has really, really helped me. I was beginning to believe that I was "unfixable". Amanda helped me to rediscover and reconnect with my pelvic floor. My sessions and following all the detailed instructions she has given me to work on in between have changed my life. That is no exaggeration. Highly recommended to anyone struggling with pelvic health. I finally understand what I am supposed to be doing to strengthen a muscle I previously could not even locate! I wish I had found Amanda earlier instead of struggling all these years. Thank you so much.

Amanda is wonderfully professional and friendly, she's very good at helping you to feel at ease and less self-conscious. She was clear and thorough about making sure I understood everything that was discussed. The clinic is in a lovely area too.

Firstly, great to be able to explain my bowel problems to someone who responded professionally, sympathetically and reassuringly. A lot of my fears were quickly assuaged. Amanda has taken me on a steady journey of improvement, the results of which have restored my confidence and left me positive for the future.

My experience with Amanda has been amazing. Im 18 months post 2 c sections and had run out of hope for my pain but Amanda listened to me and after a thorough assessment came up with a plan and 6 weeks in I am already in much less pain. Further to this the location is wonderful, clean and a nice place to go for treatment. Thank you Amanda!
