I attended the Fit For Birth classes with Amanda after having had no antenatal with my first child and ending up having an epidural. What a difference this time around! The breathing and visualisation techniques and advice on positions I found particularly useful, the classes were worth every penny, my labour was relaxed, calm, and oddly enjoyable!

I attended this class instead of the NHS class and I wasn't disappointed. Amanda was extremely knowledgeable and the subject matter was up-to-date and research based. I have no doubt that my birthing experience was made better by the exercises I learnt in the classes. It was also a good place to meet other mums and dads in the same situation, and I would definitely recommend Fit for Birth to anyone who is looking for an antenatal class.

Amanda is lovely and has really good knowledge. The course was useful for the birth of our baby. Going with Amanda helped us prepare for what was going to happen. It also helped my husband to learn what to say while I was in labour. The relaxation techniques were really good and it helped me to understand what my body was going through. Amanda was able to help me with problems with my wrist as I had carpel tunnel syndrome in my pregnancy. The group isn't to big and you feel like you have a voice and no question is silly. She gives you time after to ask questions that you may not want to ask in front of everyone else. The course is also good value for money. I researched into a lot of courses who were more expensive. You then meet after your babies are born and talk about your labors and get to meet everyone's little ones. Thank you Amanda. Will definitely contact you again if we have no.2.

Couldnt recommend these classes anymore and i have to many friends. They were particularly good as they were held on a friday evening so my husband could attend and he felt comfortable in the more personal feeling of the group. It was also good as you were given practical excersises to do which you couldnt do at the NHS classes. Amanda gave some fantastic advice on positions for labour and during the pregnancy which really helped me with my previous bad back history. The massage part was really good for the labour too as it helped my husband know he could do something whilst i was in labour and any questions we had were answered very helpfully

We are so glad that we attended Amanda's classes. She is very knowledgable and every bit of information she shared with us was so practical and prepared us both very well. Amanda provides information for pregnancy, labour and post baby which was really great. Learning how to get comfy at the end of pregnancy and the breathing techniques helped me hugely! Darren also enjoyed the classes as he learnt loads and felt Amanda always made an effort to make the dads feel useful too! The postnatal class was fab too!! Thank you
