Allan at Irlam Estates was super helpful for both when we were buying and selling our house. Loads of knowledge of the area and market and helped to provide a quick sale with no hassle! Would highly recommend to use Irlam Estates for both buyers and sellers.

I've recently had an offer accepted on a property and in the short time I have been corresponding, Irlam Estates have been great. Friendly and extremely helpful, both in terms of the property itself and securing a mortgage. I would definitely recommend.

Bought my house through Irlam Estates 10 years ago and just sold it through them now. It ended up quite a long process as became part of a chain which had issues but Allan really was amazing throughout. It's refreshing to deal with someone so efficient and proactive, I never had to ask him twice about a thing! It's not often you see an estate agents with such high reviews so that says it all really :) many thanks Allan and the rest of the team you did an outstanding job!
