        There's better clinics in irlam. The receptionists are usually rude and stuck up. Dont recommend it to anyone!

        Absolute disgrace. Receptionist's on a power trip. Told me there were no appointments for the whole week even though appointments "can't be made in advance" within 5 minutes of the first opening day of the week. Outright lie down the phone about contact issues when their phone Que fails to accept calls and is yet somehow my fault! The practice's employees are a joke

        The receptionist (Helen or Ellen) every single time speaks down to you, speaks with attitude. Always in a bad mood. Had issues for many years with them and most of the time I used to get brushed off with certain thing, only ever seen for 2-3 minutes at a time tops. I'm moving to chapel medical centre. I don't know how she's still able to sit on phones. I really don. 3 people I know all said the same thing.
