Contacted Helen about a persistent knot in my shoulder and some neck troubles. Booked me in rapidly the same day, for an appointment the next. Helen is extremely pleasant and disarming as well as friendly and professional. Fantastic little set up which is easy to find. Neck and shoulder complaints feel miles better after a relaxing but thorough massage. Thank you very much Helen. I'll be making regular visits! Jon

Helen is brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. I had a fabulous full body massage and she paid attention to my aches and pains. Will be booking again soon
