I must say i was very happy with my trip to Volvo! I went along on a whim after having two slightly conflicting reports on an issue on my V40 D2. The lady on the front desk was very helpful, took my information and asked one of the Volvo mechanics if they can take a look at it as it was mostly a visual issue. The mechanic took the car, looked it over whist i was offered a coffee. He then bought it back round the front, put my mind at ease and wished me a safe journey home. The car had no warranty with Volvo, is eight years old and wasn't purchased directly from them. That's wonderful from a 'main dealer'. Its nice to have a company care about their products even years down the line and not fully focus on the money aspect of things. I will definitely look towards Volvo for newer cars and the like from now on.

Certain staff are very helpful, especially the After-sales Manager. Service desk staff very good.

A great Volvo dealership, their sales and after service are a credit to the fine professional staff who work there. I have never been disappointed.
